For decades the local farmers produce tomatoes which, due to the the southern location, have an amazing sweet aroma that you will not have tasted before. Building in this remote part of the island will be for a truly individual and sensational domicile in terms of peace and panorama. The plot is actually located at the steep rocky waterfront and the street to the top. Currently you will only reach the waterfront if you are a mountaineer, but with a little work it should be easily accomplished to build a Greek-Cretan style wooden staircase (like in the gorges) and you will just walk down there. The area has water available, coming from the other plots on the hill, but there is currently no electricity. Nevertheless there is several possibilities to make electricity available, not the least solar power but also e.g. co-generation ( combined heat and power generation ) that have been accomplished in other places before ... Beschreibung: Tsigounas befindet sich am Fu der sdlichen Asterousia Berge an der Kste zum Libyschen Meer zwischen der Ortschaft Lentas und im Westen Kali Limenes. Seit Jahrzehnten werden in diesem Bezirk von den Bauern Tomaten gepflanzt, die wegen dem sonnigen Klima der Sdhnge ein unbertroffen ses Aroma erlangen. Es ist ganz gewiss eine privilegierte Besonderheit in dieser Abgeschiedenheit mit der Ruhe und den fantastischen Panoramen ber Kste und blauem Meer zu bauen. Das Grundstck befindet sich direkt zwischen Felskste und der obenliegenden Zufahrtsstrae. Um ans Wasser zu gelangen mu man derzeit noch ein erfahrener Bergwanderer sein, aber mit etwas Arbeit knnte man schnell eine typich kretische Schluchtentreppe aus Holz und Pfhlen erstellen, wodurch der Abstieg zum Spaziergang wrde. Es gibt gengend Wasser fr mehrere Haushalte aber keinen Strom. Nichtsdestoweniger gibt es inzwischen mehrere an anderen Stellen bereits gut funktionierender Lsungen zur Strombeschaffung, darunter natrlich die Solarenergie oder z.B. auch eine Kraft-Wrme Kopplung. Interessanter Weise gibt es in ca 1km Entfernung bereits einen Festnetz Telefonanschluss, also auch Internet :) Wenn Sie gerne zusammenhngend grer als 4000m kaufen wrden, gibt es eine Mglichkeit zur Verhandlung.
